- Will the truck fit all of my belongings in one trip?
- By talking to our consultant we would ask you what items you would need us to move, we could then determine what size truck you would need to fit all your belongings in one trip. For larger jobs we would carry out an onsite inspection.
- Do you place the items inside the house?
- Yes we place your items inside the house, infact we try to set it up as much as possible and stack the boxes in a neat fashion. This makes it easier for you to unpack, and also allows enough room for you to move freely within your new home or unit.
- How do I pack my business suits and work clothes?
- Our trucks come equipped with portable wardrobes. These can be packed on the day of the relocation and unpacked at the delivery end.
- How would you transport my plasma / LCD TV?
- We carry special plasma / LCD transit boxes which are designed to minimise movement in transit. Most flat TV’s will need to come off their stand to fit in the box, which are usually held in by 2 – 4 Phillips screws.
- Are my goods insured whilst being moved?
- Unfortunately your goods are not insured until you purchase an insurance policy from a licensed insurance broker. Although insurance is not compulsory, it is worth considering if you are particularly worried about items of value. We have a number of insurance options that are designed specifically for relocation.
- Is your quote final or are there hidden fees and charges?
- Our rates are designed to keep things simple. We do hourly rates were the time starts at your door and ends on completion of the job (no hidden costs), or we do fixed quotes were we negotiate a rate with our clients (no hidden costs), the rates are final.
- We need the full service with packing and unpacking do you provide this?

- How much time do I need to book?
- We do have a number of trucks and can usually organise something fairly quickly. But as soon as you have secured a moving date please let us know.
